Protein Fudge Brownie Bites

These protein brownie fudge bites have a deep story behind them. They were supposed to be chocolate donut holes but when I baked them it was ROUGH! While I was pondering the disappointment, I remembered that I had eaten a ball of just the dough (classic) and that it was SO GOOD!! Hence, these NO BAKE brownie fudge bites🤩🥰❤️ “Failures” will come, but if you see the bright side you’ll learn from it and realize it helped lead you to something else that is usually even better 😉

These are a great on the go snack and topping for yogurt/oatmeal and you can customize them however you want! Here I covered some in chocolate then sprinkled sea salt, covered some in crushed cereal, and left some plain (which is fire too). Would def keep these in the fridge for storage, and if you want them extra thick and fudgy put them in the freeze a few minutes before eating ❄️

Recipe

(makes about 16)

-1/2 cup yogurt (I used fage 0%)
-1/2 cup applesauce (or more yogurt)
-1/4 cup dark cocoa powder
-2 scoops LEVEL-1 protein powder in German Chocolate Cake
-3 Tbsp coconut flour
-1 tsp baking soda (since it’s no bake this is optional but I found it gives it a really good flavor)

  1. Combine all ingredients into a ball
  2. Form balls! Using a small ice cream scoop helps a lot!
  3. Top, if desired (i melted chocolate chips in the microwave for the chocolate covered ones and crushed cereal for the others)
