Safe to say this recipe is suitable for any meal! Plus u can get creative with the toppings and go crazy. This recipe is inspired by the halo top candy bar flavor so I topped with pretzels, a chocolate drizzle and the ice cream itself π¦ π₯¨ π«

Recipe
(Base)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup monkfruit
- 50g egg whites
- 3/4 cup Pb 2 powder
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 scoop Level-1 Protein in Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
(Toppings)
- Chocolate drizzle
- 2 Tbsp dark cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp sugar free syrup or sweetener
- 1-2 tbsp milk (depends on consistency)
- handful pretzels (about 25g)
- scoop Halo top (I used the candy bar flavor)
1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Mix wet (applesauce, yogurt, monkfruit, egg whites)
3. Mix dry (Pb 2, coconut flour, protein powder, baking soda)
4. Combine and pour batter into skillet
5. Bake for about 30-35 min or until golden and set
6. Take out of oven and add desired toppings
