Safe to say this recipe is suitable for any meal! Plus u can get creative with the toppings and go crazy. This recipe is inspired by the halo top candy bar flavor so I topped with pretzels, a chocolate drizzle and the ice cream itself 🍦 πŸ₯¨ 🍫

Recipe

(Base)

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup monkfruit
  • 50g egg whites
  • 3/4 cup Pb 2 powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 scoop Level-1 Protein in Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

(Toppings)

  • Chocolate drizzle
    • 2 Tbsp dark cocoa powder
    • 1 Tbsp sugar free syrup or sweetener
    • 1-2 tbsp milk (depends on consistency)
  • handful pretzels (about 25g)
  • scoop Halo top (I used the candy bar flavor)

1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Mix wet (applesauce, yogurt, monkfruit, egg whites)
3. Mix dry (Pb 2, coconut flour, protein powder, baking soda)
4. Combine and pour batter into skillet
5. Bake for about 30-35 min or until golden and set
6. Take out of oven and add desired toppings

Nutrition

No toppings: cal 586 fat 11g carb 74g protein 58g
With toppings: cal 763 fat 15g carb 110g protein 66g
