Recipe

(Oats)
✰ 2/3 cup (50g) oats blended
✰ 2/3 banana
✰ 2/3 cup milk (I used cashew)
✰ 1 Tbsp sweetener (I used sugar free maple syrup)
✰ 1 scoop Level-1 Protein in Vanilla Ice Cream
✰ 1/2 tsp baking soda
(Topping)
✰ 1 Tbsp chocolate chips
✰ rest of banana
✰ sea salt
1. Preheat air fryer or oven to 400 F
2. Combine ingredients for oats
3. Top
4. For very gooey center bake for about 8 min for air fryer and 10 min for oven
*if you want them more cakey lower temperature to 350 F and bake for about 25 min or until toothpick comes out clean
