Protein Pumpkin Snickerdoodle Donuts

Have a sweet craving but need protein? Donut worry, I gotchu!! 🍩💖 (~100 CAL 13g protein with toppings)

FLUFFY PUMPKIN SNICKERDOODLE DONUTS topped with Cinnamon Toast Crunch🍩 🤩 🎃 swipe to see the fluff 🤗 gave these to a few people and they kinda fell in love, couldn’t tell they were healthy or even had any protein at all!

Recipe

(For the donut)

  • 1 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1/4 cup granulated sweetener (monkfruit)
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tbsp egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 scoop protein Level-1 Protein in Cinnamon Cookie Batter
  • 1/4 cup flour (whole wheat, cassava, GF, white)
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • pinch salt


(Frosting)

(Topping)

  • 1/2 cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch


*if you don’t have snickerdoodle protein use vanilla and add 1/2-1 tsp cinnamon


1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Mix wet (pumpkin, eggs, sweetener vanilla) and dry (flour, protein, baking soda, salt)
3. Pour into donut pan and bake for about 18 min or until golden and set
4. Combine frosting ingredients in bowl and top donuts with it
5. Crush Cinnamon Toast Crunch and dip the donuts
