Chocolate Raspberry Fudge Cake

This Chocolate Rasberry Fudge Cake is BERRY amazing 🍫 😍 [~80/40 cal] took one of my fav flavor combos and turned it into this 🥰


✰ 3/4 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt
✰ 1 egg
✰ 3 tbsp egg whites
✰ 1/3 cup sweetener (I used monk fruit)
✰ 1/4 cup milk (I used cashew)
✰ 1 tsp vanilla extract
✰ 1/3 cup cocoa powder
✰ 1/3 cup coconut flour
✰ 3/4 tsp baking soda
✰ pinch salt
✰ 3/4 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt
✰ 3/4 cup raspberries
✰ 1/4 cup powdered sugar (I used monk fruit)
✰ 2 scoops Level-1 Protein in Vanilla Ice Cream
Sprinkle cacao nibs (optional)
1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Mix wet (yogurt, eggs, sweetener, milk, vanilla) and dry (cocoa, flour baking soda and salt) and combine until a batter forms.
3. Pour into (loaf) pan and bake for around 45 min or until toothpick comes out clean.
4. While cake is baking mix all frosting ingredients in blender until smooth.
5. Let cool, frost, and add topping, if desired.

Without frosting: cal 41 fat 1.4g carb 5.2g protein 4.2g
