Cookie Dough Baked Oats

I love these baked oats dough much 🍪 ❤️ I topped my oats with chocolate chips and my chickpea cookie dough. Baked oats and cookie dough are the perfect combo because of the texture of both! The way mine turned out was almost like a cookie dough consistency.


✰ 2/3 cup (50g) oats blended
✰ 1/4 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt (can sub banana or applesauce)
✰ 2/3 cup milk (I used cashew)
✰ 1 Tbsp sweetener (I used sugar free syrup)
✰ 1 scoop (31g) protein (I used pescience vanilla)
✰ 1/2 tsp baking soda
✰ 1 Tbsp chocolate chips
✰ my chickpea cookie dough (about 1.5 oz)
1. Preheat air fryer or oven to 400 F
2. Combine ingredients for oats
3. Top w/ chocolate chips
4. For very gooey center bake for about 8 min for air fryer and 10 min for oven
5. Top with cookie dough, if desired
*if you want them more cakey lower temperature to 350 F and bake for about 25 min or until toothpick comes out clean

WITH ALL toppings: cals 518 fat 10g carb 65g protein 46g
without toppings: cals 367 fat 5.5g carb 36g protein 38g
