Protein Cookies and Cream Donuts

These protein donuts really cookies and CREAM their competition!! Definitely one of my best creations to date 🤗♥️

I’ve made these so many times it’s kinda crazy, they’re such an amazing snack and the flavor/texture is UNREAL!! Swipe to see the fluffiness 🤩


(Makes about 6-8)
✰ 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
✰ 1/4 cup applesauce
✰ 1/4 cup sweetener (I used monkfruit)
✰ 1/3 cup egg whites
✰ 1 tsp vanilla
✰ 1/4 cup cocoa powder
✰ 1/4 cup cassava flour (sub oat, GF, all purpose, almond)
✰ 1 scoop Level-1 Protein in German Chocolate Cake
✰ 1 tsp baking soda
✰ 3/4 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt
✰ 3/4 scoop Level-1 Protein in Vanilla Ice Cream
✰ 3 tbsp powdered sugar (I used monkfruit)
(Around 6 Oreo thins for topping)
1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Mix wet (pumpkin, applesauce, sweetener, egg whites, vanilla) and dry (cocoa, flour, protein, baking soda) in bowl and combine
3. Pour batter into donut pan and bake for about 20 min or until toothpick comes out clean
4. While baking, make frosting by combining all ingredients.
5. Let donuts cool, frost, and top, if desired.

No toppings: cals 55 fat 0.5g carbs 13g protein 5g
With toppings: cals 110 fat 2g carbs 18.3g protein 10.5g
