Protein S’mores Cookies

These cookies are sure to leave you wanting s’more 🍫 🔥 protein s’mores cookies (~50 cal each)


✰ 1/4 cup 0% Greek yogurt (sub applesauce)
✰ 1 egg (sub flax)
✰ 1/3 cup granulated sweetener (I used monkfruit)
✰ dash cinnamon
✰ 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (2 sheets) (sub oat, AP, gf, almond, cassava flour)
✰ 2 Tbsp coconut flour
✰ 1 scoop Level-1 Protein in Vanilla Ice Cream
✰ 1/2 tsp baking soda
✰ pinch salt
✰ 2-3 tbsp chocolate chips
✰ 2/3 cup mini marshmallows

1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Mix wet (yogurt, egg, sweetener, vanilla) and dry (cinnamon, flour, protein, baking soda, salt) in a bowl then fold in chocolate chips and marshmallows
3. Scoop dough into balls and bake for about 8 min or until golden and brown
