Don’t be jelly, you can make these protein PB & J blondies too 🥜 🥪 🍓 (~55 cal) I topped them with an easy chia jam and a PB drizzle!! these are pretty unreal and they’re sooo fudgy- scroll to see😏🤗

Recipe
(Blondie)
✰ 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
✰ 1/2 cup applesauce
✰ 1/3 cup sweetener (I used monkfruit)
✰ 1 egg
✰ 1/2 tsp vanilla
✰ 1/3 cup pb 2 powder
✰ 2 tbsp coconut flour
✰ 1 scoop Level-1 Protein in Vanilla Ice Cream
✰ 1/4 tsp baking soda
✰ pinch salt
(Jam)
✰ 3/4 cup strawberries (or any berry)
✰ 1 tbsp chia seeds
✰ juice from 1/4 lemon
✰ 1 tbsp sweetener (I used monkfruit)
(PB drizzle)
✰ 1 tbsp pb 2
✰ 1/2 tbsp liquid (I used sugar free syrup)
1. Make chia jam by microwaving berries until they’re soft enough to be mashed by a fork.
2. Mash berries with fork and add seeds, lemon and sweetener.
3. Let jam chill in fridge until thick (ideally overnight).
4. Preheat oven to 350 F.
5. Combine ingredients for Blondie. Wet (pumpkin, applesauce, egg, sweetener, vanilla) followed by dry (PB 2, flour, protein, baking soda, salt).
6. Pour into baking sheet and bake for about 25 min or until toothpick comes out clean (do not over bake it will ruin fudginess).
7. Combine PB 2 and liquid adding liquid slowly until you reach desired consistency.
8. After blondies have cooled, top with jam and PB drizzle.
