Protein Red Velvet Brownies


Ok these are on another level!! I love red velvet, brownies and frosting, and this recipe combines all of them in perfect harmony. A match made in heaven They’re soooo fudgy -scroll to see- and the white chocolate frosting really is the cherry on top 🤗🤩❤️ can I also mention that the macros for this one are INSANE 😉

Recipe

(Brownie)
✰ 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
✰ 1/2 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt (I used fage)
✰ 1/3 cup granulated sweetener (I used monkfruit)
✰ 1 egg
✰ 1 tsp vanilla
✰ 2 tsp red gel coloring
✰ 3 tbsp cocoa powder
✰ 3 tbsp coconut flour
✰ 1 scoop Level-1 Protein in Vanilla Ice Cream
✰ 1/4 tsp baking soda
✰ 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
✰ pinch salt
(Frosting)
✰ 2/3 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt
✰ 2/3 scoop Level-1 Protein in Vanilla Ice Cream
✰ 3 tbsp powdered sugar (I used monkfruit)
✰ 1 tsp sf jello pudding mix (optional makes it thicker)
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Mix wet (pumpkin, yogurt, sweetener, egg, coloring) with dry (cocoa, flour, protein, baking soda, acv and salt).
3. Bake for around 25-30 min or until toothpick comes out clean (do not over bake or fudginess will be ruined).
4. Combine ingredients for frosting.
5. Frost the brownies.
6. Cut into squares and enjoy ❤️
