Birthday Cake Protein Blondies

these blondies really take the (birthday) cake!! πŸ§βœ¨πŸ’–[~55 cal 7.5g protein] sooo fudgy, fun and taste just like birthday cake 🀩 Many of you know my fav flavor always is birthday cake, it’s become an obsession. I made these yesterday and took them to a BBQ and they were gone within a few minutes haha. I’m actually in love with these and was too excited to wait to share them so here ya have it πŸŽ‰

Recipe

(Blondies)
✰ 1/4 cup 0% Greek yogurt
✰ 1/2 cup applesauce
✰ 1/3 cup sweetener (I used monkfruit)
✰ 1 egg
✰ 1/2 tsp vanilla
✰ 1/4 cup coconut flour
✰ 1 scoop 1st Phorm Level-1 Protein in Vanilla Ice Cream
✰ 1/4 tsp baking soda
✰ pinch salt
✰ 2-3 tsp sprinkles (optional)
(Frosting)
✰ 2/3 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt
✰ 2/3 scoop 1st Phorm Level-1 Protein in Vanilla Ice Cream
✰ 3 tbsp powdered sugar (I used monkfruit)
✰ 1/2 tsp vanilla
✰ 1 tsp sf jello pudding mix (optional makes it thicker)
(Optional sprinkles for topping)

1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Mix wet (yogurt, applesauce, sweetener, egg, vanilla) with dry (flour, protein, baking soda, and salt).
3. Bake for around 25-30 min or until toothpick comes out clean (do not over bake or fudginess will be ruined).
4. Combine ingredients for frosting.
5. Frost the blondies.
6. Cut into squares and enjoy πŸ₯³
