Carrot Cake Bars

This cake is 24 carrot gold ✨🥕 🤍 golden pineapple carrot cake bars [~60 cal 7g protein] Happy Easter!! Celebrating this amazing day with this golden beauty and w basically the golden Bible verse – John 3:16: “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” 🌟 Hope you all have a day as amazing as this fudgy carrot cake 🥰


✰ 1/2 cup (120g) crushed pineapple
✰ 1/4 cup applesauce
✰ 1 egg
✰ 1/2 cup sweetener (I used monk fruit)
✰ 1/2 tsp vanilla
✰ 1/2 tsp cinnamon
✰ 1/4 cup coconut flour
✰ 1 scoop Level-1 Protein in Vanilla Ice Cream
✰ 1/2 tsp baking soda
✰ pinch salt
✰ 1 cup (~100g) shredded carrots
✰ 2/3 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt
✰ 2/3 scoop Level-1 Protein in Vanilla Ice Cream
✰ 3 tbsp powdered sugar (I used monk fruit)
1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Mix wet (pineapple, applesauce, egg, sweetener and vanilla) with dry (cinnamon, flour, protein, baking soda and salt).
3. Fold in shredded carrots.
4. Bake for about 40 min or until toothpick comes out clean.
5. Mix ingredients for frosting.
6. Frost the carrot cake.
7. Cut and enjoy!
