Greek Yogurt Alfredo with Spaghetti Squash and Shrimp

Something savory on my feed? Weird but the only thing fishy here is the 🍤🤩♥️ This Greek Yogurt Alfredo w Spaghetti Squash and shrimp is pretty unreal 🥰 and the macros are INSANE

Finally posting something savory as per many requests and ofc it had to be Italian food related (pizza comin soon). The first attempt at the sauce was a big failure but we made it happen (be sure to follow instructions when u make it). I put it on spaghetti squash but you could put it on anything like gnocchi or just regular pasta. Def worth trying out tho 🔥


(Makes 2-3 servings)
(1 medium spaghetti squash)
✰ 1 cup 0% Greek yogurt
✰ 1/2 cup milk (I used cashew)
✰ 1/2 cup fat free mozzarella
✰ 2-3 tsp minced garlic
✰ salt and pepper, to taste
✰ ~12 oz shrimp
✰ 2 tsp minced garlic
✰ 1-2 tsp onion powder
✰ 1 tsp paprika
✰ dash cayenne (optional)
✰ salt and pepper, to taste
1. Preheat oven to 400 F
2. Cut spaghetti squash in half and take out insides. Poke holes and bake for about 40 min.
3. For the sauce, begin by combining milk, garlic and salt & pepper on medium heat.
4. Take sauce pan off heat and add in mozzarella.
5. Add in Greek yogurt combining gradually (split up into ~ 3)
6. For shrimp, cook on med-high heat while adding spices.


(6 oz shrimp, 1/2 sauce and 5 oz squash)*
cals 275 fat 2.8g carb 15.5g protein 50g

*this is merely for reference. feel free to eat more, less, and even add in some healthy fats in there 🙂
