~350 cal and 45g of protein š«š„° eat it for dessert or as a meal š

Recently triedĀ @macrosuppsĀ / macrosupps protein and Iām blown away! The taste is so good and the texture it gives baked goods is pretty amazing. I cut some pieces out of the skillet so you could see the fudge. Iām being real when I tell you this comes pretty close to the boxed mix (which says a lot LOL).
Recipe
Ⱐ1/2 cup pumpkin purée
ā° 1/2 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt (I used fage)
ā° 1/3 cup granulated sweetener (I used monkfruit)
ā° 1 egg
ā° 1 tsp vanilla
ā° 1/2 cup dark cocoa powder
ā° 1 scoop (33g)Ā @macrosuppsĀ chocolate brownie protein powder (āLIVā for 10% off and $1 shipping)
ā° pinch salt
ā° optional toppings: I used sea salt, 1 tbspĀ @lilys_sweetsĀ and 2 servingsĀ @arcticzeroĀ ice cream
1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Mix wet (pumpkin, yogurt, sweetener, egg, vanilla) with dry (cocoa, protein and salt).
3. Pour into skillet and bake for about 25 min or until toothpick comes out clean (DO NOT OVERBAKE! You will ruin that fudgy goodness š„°)
4. Enjoy!
