Cheer up (peanut) buttercup 🥜❣️ pb cup fudge bites [~40 cal 3.5g protein] Inspired by Reese’s pb cups this recipe came out even better than I thought 🤩 the salt really gives is that extra something! High key would rather eat these than the actual thing and they’re high in protein so win win 🥇 eat these cold and woahhh ❄️

Recipe

✰ 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
✰ 1/2 cup pumpkin
✰ 1/2 tsp vanilla
✰ 1 scoop 1st Phorm Level-1 Protein in Vanilla Ice Cream
✰ 1/2 cup PB 2 powder
✰ 2 tsp jell-o se pudding mix (optional but makes it thicker)
✰ pinch salt
(Coating)
✰ 1/4 cup choc chips for coating
✰ coarse sea salt (optional)
1. Combine all fudge ingredients.
2. Form balls! Using a small ice cream scoop helps a lot!
3. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave and either dip balls or use spoon to pour chocolate over the balls (and add salt, if desired)
4. Enjoy!
