Couldn’t decide between baking brownies or cookies so here we are 🤷🏻♀️ protein brookies [~65 cal 8g protein] 🍫🍪♥️

Ok so this may be one of my fav recipes up to date. The brownie is sooo fudgy (swipe to see 🤗) and the cookie is pretty great too and adds so much to the recipe! Also the protein in these is kinda crazy so def send pics/tag me when you remake it ;). Also I tried a few different powders and the protein you use in this really makes a big difference so make sure its a good one aka @1stphorm 🤍

(Cookie)
✰ 1/4 cup 0% Greek yogurt
✰ 2 tbsp applesauce
✰ 1 egg
✰ 1/3 cup granulated sweetener (I used monkfruit)
✰ 2 Tbsp coconut flour
✰ 1 scoop 1st Phorm Level-1 Protein in Vanilla Ice Cream
✰ pinch salt
✰ 1/4 tsp baking soda
✰ 2 tbsp chocolate chips (I used @lilys_sweets)
(Brownie)
✰ 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
✰ 1/2 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt (I used fage)
✰ 1/3 cup granulated sweetener (I used monkfruit)
✰ 1 egg
✰ 1 tsp vanilla
✰ 1/2 cup @hiitnutrition cocoa powder
✰ 1 scoop 1st Phorm Level-1 Protein in German Chocolate Cake
1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Mix cookie ingredients.
3. Mix brownie ingredients.
4. Alternate scooping each one into baking pan and swirl.
5. Bake for about 25-30 min or until toothpick comes out clean (do not overtake or you will ruin fudginess)
