Protein Chocolate Cupcakes

I like these a while choco-LOT 🍫 protein chocolate cupcakes [84 cal 9g protein] When I first tried these I was SHOOK! If you’ve had the chocolate cake from Publix you know it’s fire 🔥 and when I tell you these taste just like it I’m really not kidding. Sooo fluffy and packed w protein too 🤗❤️


✰ 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
✰ 1/4 cup applesauce
✰ 1/4 cup sweetener (I used monkfruit)
✰ 1/3 cup egg whites
✰ 1/4 cup cashew milk
✰ 1 tsp vanilla
✰ 1/4 cup cocoa powder
✰ 1/4 cup cassava flour (sub oat, GF, all purpose, almond)
✰ 1 scoop 1st Phorm Level-1 Protein in German Chocolate Cake
✰ 3/4 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt
✰ 2 tbsp cocoa powder
✰ 2 tsp chocolate sf jello-mix (optional but makes it thicker)
1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Mix wet (pumpkin, applesauce, sweetener, milk, egg, vanilla) and dry (cocoa, flour, protein, baking soda) in bowl and combine
3. Pour batter into donut pan and bake for about 20-23 min or until toothpick comes out clean
4. While baking, make frosting by combining all ingredients.
5. Let cupcakes cool, frost, and top, if desired.
