So good they’ll make u cookies ‘n (s)cream 🤍🖤 protein cookies ‘n scream cookies [38 cal 3.2g protein] These are pretty amazing and prob one of my favs so far! The pics honestly don’t do them justice! They’re so soft and chewy and if u put them in the fridge they’re low key even better cold 🤩

Recipe
✰ 1/2 cup 0% Greek yogurt (sub applesauce)
✰ 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
✰ 1 egg (sub flax)
✰ 1/3 cup granulated sweetener (I used monkfruit)
✰ 1/2 tsp vanilla
✰ 1/2 cup cocoa powder
✰ 3 Tbsp coconut flour
✰ 1 scoop 1st Phorm Level-1 Protein in German Chocolate Cake
✰ 1/2 tsp baking soda
✰ pinch salt
✰ 6 Oreo thins for topping
(Optional glaze mix equal parts protein powder, powdered sugar/substitute and milk)
1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Mix wet (yogurt, pumpkin, egg, sweetener, vanilla) and dry (cocoa, flour, protein, baking soda, salt) in a bowl then fold in marshmallows
3. Scoop dough into balls with scoop and top with crushed Oreo thins.
4. Bake for about 9 min or until bottom of cookie is set.
