This recipe (cookies and) creams my other ones and that’s saying a lot 😉 [~80 cal 8g protein] for these cookies and cream brownies 🤍🖤

I feel like I say this pretty often but when I say this is my new fav recipe I’m not playing around haha! The fudge and flavor is A+++ I ordered some fun protein flavors from 1st phorm and as soon I saw that this protein had COOKIE PIECES in it i knew what had to be done. This recipe.
Recipe
✰ 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
✰ 1/2 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt (I used fage)
✰ 1/3 cup granulated sweetener (I used monkfruit)
✰ 1 egg
✰ 1 tsp vanilla
✰ 1/2 cup dark cocoa powder
✰ 1 scoop 1st Phorm Level-1 Protein in Ice Cream Sandwich
✰ pinch salt
✰ 8 Oreo thins for middle
(Frosting)
✰ 2/3 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt
✰ 2/3 scoop 1st Phorm Level-1 Protein in Ice Cream Sandwich
✰ 3 tbsp powdered sugar (I used monkfruit)
✰ 1-2 tsp sf jello pudding mix (optional makes it thicker)
1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Mix wet (pumpkin, yogurt, sweetener, egg, vanilla) with dry (cocoa, protein and salt).
3. Pour half batter into pan, place Oreos and cover with remaining batter
4. Bake for about 30-40 min or until toothpick comes out clean (DO NOT OVERBAKE! You will ruin that fudgy goodness 🥰)
