Banana Bread Protein Cookies

These are so good it’s actually bananas 🍌 chocolate chips banana bread cookies (~60 cal 4g protein) Love my banana bread so ofc I had to make a protein cookie version. The texture of these is actually pretty amazing! The choc chips and the sea salt really elevate them too 🤩🔥❣️

Recipe

✰ 1 medium ripe banana
✰ 1 egg
✰ 1/4 cup sweetener (I used monkfruit)
✰ 3/4 cup flour
✰ 3 tbsp coconut flour
✰ 1 scoop 1stphorm level-1 protein in cinnamon cookie batter
✰ 1/2 tsp baking soda
✰ pinch salt
✰ 2 tbsp @lilys_sweets choc chips
✰ sea salt (optional)
1. Mix wet (banana, egg, sweetener) and dry (flour, protein, salt, baking soda).
2. Fold in chocolate chips and use cookie scoop to form balls.
3. Bake for about 8 min or until set.
4. Top with sea salt, if desired.
