Protein Banana Bread

Remember the banana bread baking phase of quarantine? I’m still in it and I think I always will be LOL esp with this protein banana bread 🍌 🍞[~60 cal 4g protein] I had been pushing this recipe to the side for almost a year because I couldn’t get it right but we FINALLY made it happen! It’s fluffy but also chewy and moist (not sry) the salt and choc chip on top also give it that extra something ❣️


✰ 2 bananas
✰ 1 Egg
✰ 1/4 cup milk (I used cashew)
✰ 1/3 Cup Granulated Sweetener (I used monkfruit)
✰ 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
✰ 1/4 Cup Oat Flour (sub AP, GF, almond, cassava)
✰ 2 Tbsp Coconut Flour
✰ 1 scoop 1st Phorm Level-1 Protein in Vanilla Ice Cream
✰ 1 tsp Baking Soda
✰ Pinch sea salt (can add more on top)
* Chocolate chips for topping (optional)
1. Set oven to 350 degrees
3. In a large bowl add wet ingredients (mashed banana, sweetener, eggs, milk and vanilla) and whisk together until combined.
4. Add in dry ingredients (cocoa powder, coconut flour, protein, baking soda, and salt).
5. Pour into a loaf pan, add optional chocolate chips and bake 40-50 min or until toothpick comes out clean (be sure not to overbake to keep fudginess).
