Red Velvet Cookies

If you’re red (velvet) up with boring recipes give these cookies a try🥰❤️‍🔥❣️ [~100 cal 11g protein] Red velvet and cream cheese is objectively one of the best combos out there. The cookies look really dark here but that’s bc i only had dark cocoa when I made these but promise they’re red LOL! But they’re actually sooo good everyone that tried LOVED them so def recommend trying these out 🤩


✰ 1/2 cup 0% Greek yogurt (sub applesauce)
✰ 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
✰ 1 egg (sub flax)
✰ 1/3 cup granulated sweetener (I used monkfruit)
✰ 1/2 tsp vanilla
✰ 3 tbsp cocoa powder
✰ 3 Tbsp coconut flour
✰ 1/4 cup flour
✰ 1 scoop 1st Phorm Level-1 Protein in Vanilla Ice Cream
✰ 1/2 tsp baking soda
✰ pinch salt
✰ 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
✰ 3 tsp jell-o DF cheesecake mix
✰ 1/4 cup powdered sugar (I used monk fruit)
1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Mix wet (yogurt, pumpkin, egg, sweetener, vanilla) and dry (cocoa, flour, protein, baking soda, salt) in a bowl.
3. Scoop half dough into balls with scoop, add spoon of frosting in middle then top with other half of dough.
4. bake for about 10-12 min or until bottom of cookie is set


(I got 6 large cookies)
