This recipe really cake POPS 🎂❣️ protein brownie fudge cake pops [45 cal 4g protein] Have been trying out some chocolate from @kakaozon ❣️Their chocolate is fairy traded and sustainably harvested from Ecuadorian cocoa and the taste is high key a game changer so had to make it the star of this recipe 🌟 fun fact: these were not supposed to be cake pops but we had a few fails and made it work beautifully 🙂 they high key remind me of the Starbucks ones 💚

Recipe
(Brownie)
✰ 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
✰ 1/2 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt (I used fage)
✰ 1/3 cup granulated sweetener (I used monkfruit)
✰ 1 egg
✰ 1 tsp vanilla
✰ 1/2 cup @kakaozon cocoa powder
✰ 1 scoop 1st Phorm Level-1 Protein in German Chocolate Cake
(Frosting mixture)
✰ 1/4 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt (I used fage)
✰ 2 tbsp granulated sweetener (I used monkfruit)
✰ 1 tsp vanilla
✰ 1/3 cup cocoa powder
(1/4 cup @kakaozon choc chips for topping)
(sprinkles for topping)
1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Mix brownie ingredients: wet (pumpkin, yogurt, sweetener, egg, vanilla) with dry (cocoa, protein and salt).
3. Pour brownie batter into pan and bake for about 30-40 min or until toothpick comes out clean.
4. When you take brownies out and they’ve cooled crush them and mix in frosting.
5. Roll into balls and refrigerate to set (using ice cream scoop makes this way easier!)
5. Melt chocolate chips and coat the chilled brownie balls.
6. Add sprinkles if you’d like 🙂
