Protein Pumpkin Spice Donuts

Is there anything better than pumpkin szn? I donut think so 🍩 🎃❣️protein pumpkin spice donuts [~60 cal 6g protein] I’ve already made this recipe at least 10 times. My daily snack and SOOO GOOD. I really said pumpkin mode 😁🎃🔥 @1stphorm ‘s seasonal pumpkin spice latte really helped complete this masterpiece. They turned out soooo fudgy, moist and amazing omg! If u still haven’t made one of my recipes this is the one.


✰ 3/4 cup pumpkin purée
✰ 1/4 cup sweetener (I used monkfruit)
✰ 1/3 cup egg whites
✰ 1 tsp vanilla
✰ 1 tsp cinnamon
✰ 1 tsp pumpkin spice
✰ 1/4 cup oat flour (sub cassava, GF, all purpose, almond)
✰ 1 scoop 1st Phorm Level-1 Protein in Pumpkin Spice Latte
✰ 1 tsp baking soda
(Cinnamon Sugar Coating)
✰ 1/4 cup monk fruit
✰ 1 tbsp cinnamon or pumpkin spice (I did 1/2 and 1/2)
1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Mix wet (pumpkin, sweetener, egg whites, vanilla) and dry (spices, flour, protein, baking soda) in bowl and combine
3. Pour batter into donut pan and bake for about 22-23 min or until toothpick comes out clean
4. After donuts are cooled take them out and roll in sugar mixture.

*I usually make a frosting w Greek yogurt and sweetener for added protein and goodness ❣️
