Protein Pumpkin Bread

Protein pumpkin bread really makin things spicyy 🎃🔥 [~60 cal 5g protein]The last donuts I posted have already been a fan fav and idk but this one might be even better 🤔 it came out sooooo good yall the texture is perf legit so fluffy, soft and moist (oops)! I use pumpkin on the regular in my recipes bc of its texture but now that it’s pumpkin szn I’m goin all out ❣️


✰ 1 cup pumpkin purée
✰ 1/3 cup sweetener (I used monkfruit)
✰ 1 egg
✰ 1/4 cup milk (I used cashew)
✰ 1 tsp vanilla
✰ 1 tsp cinnamon
✰ 1 tsp pumpkin spice
✰ 2 tbsp coconut flour
✰ 1/4 cup oat flour (sub cassava, GF, all purpose, almond)
✰ 1 scoop 1st Phorm Level-1 Protein in Pumpkin Spice Latte
✰ 2 tbsp @kakaozon choc chips and sea salt for topping (optional)

1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Mix wet (pumpkin, sweetener, eggs, vanilla) and dry (spices, flour, protein, baking soda) in bowl and combine
3. Pour batter into loaf pan and add choc chips on top of desired
4. Bake for about 45 min or until toothpick comes out clean
5. Sprinkle sea salt on there 🙂
