Oreo Loaf

This recipe is the (cookies &) cream of the crop ❣️Oreo loaf [~80 cal 9g protein] I discovered one of the best flavor combos aka @1stphorm ice cream sandwich (basically a cookies & cream it has cookie pieces) and Oreo Os! I keep posting my night caps of this on my story in either protein ice cream or Greek yogurt form so naturally had to make a recipe. Ofc has pumpkin for fudginess and texture (not flavor) but gave the pumpkin spice a little break before going drink 🎃 to 🎄 mode 😉


✰ 1/2 cup pumpkin
✰ 1/4 cup 0% Greek Yogurt
✰ 1/4 cup milk (I used cashew) ✰ 1/3 cup cocoa powder
✰ 1/3 cup egg whites
✰ 1/3 cup granulated sweetener (I used monkfruit)
✰ 1 tsp vanilla
✰ 1/4 cup oat flour
✰ 2 Tbsp coconut flour
✰ 1/4 cup flour
✰ 1 scoop 1st Phorm Level-1 Protein in ice cream sandwich
✰ 1 tsp baking soda
✰ pinch salt
✰ 1 cup Greek yogurt
✰ 1 scoop 1st Phorm Level-1 Protein in ice cream sandwich
✰ 1 tsp jell-o sf mix
✰ 1/4 cup powdered sugar (I used monk fruit)
(1/4 cup Oreo O’s for topping)*
1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Mix wet (pumpkin, yogurt, egg whites, sweetener, vanilla) and dry (cocoa, flour, protein, baking soda, salt) in a bowl.
3. Bake loaf for about 45-50 min or until toothpick comes out clean
4. Mix frosting ingredients and top loaf once cooled.

*right before eating I like adding more cereal so it’s still crunchy and not soggy
