Protein Crumbl Cinnamon Roll Cookies

rollin in peace eating these knowing they’re helping me make gains ❤️‍🔥 cinnamon roll cookies w a cinnamon glaze and cream cheese frosting

I’ve been seeing crumbl everywhere lately and I’ve made a few protein copycats before that y’all have loved. This cinnamon roll one looked too good not to recreate and they came out even better than I thought 🔥❣️did I mention the macros are insane too?

✰ 1/3 cup 0% Greek yogurt
✰ 1 egg
✰ 1/3 cup granulated sweetener (I used monkfruit)
✰ 1 tsp vanilla
✰ 2 tsp cinnamon
✰ 1/4 cup oat flour
✰ 3 Tbsp coconut flour
✰ 1 scoop level-1 protein in Cinnamon Cookie Batter
✰ 1/2 tsp baking soda
(Cinnamon glaze)
✰ 3 tbsp sf syrup
✰ 2-3 tsp cinnamon
✰ 1 tbsp monkfruit
✰ 1 cup 0% Greek yogurt
✰ 1 tbsp sf jell-o cheesecake pudding mix
✰ 1/3 cup powdered sweetener (I used monkfruit)
1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Mix wet (yogurt, sweetener, egg, vanilla) with dry (cinnamon, flour, protein, baking soda and salt).
3. Bake cookies for about 10-12 min or until set.
4. Mix glaze and frosting ingredients.
5. Put frosting into piping bag and once cookies are cooled top with glaze then use bag to swirl frosting on top.
