PB Cup Crumbl Cookies

y’all have been loving these recipes RESSESently so I’m back with the best one yet 🥜 🍫 [ ~20g protein 175 cals]

Ik I always say it but this one is a new fav. And not just for me, for everyone that tried it! No rating was less than a 10/10. The flavor is INSANE and so are the macros 🤩

Disclaimer: not saying you can’t eat crumbl cookies! ALL foods should fit into your diet in moderation! This is just a healthier alternative so you can eat more of it more often AND reach your protein goal more easily🫶🏼

(Cookie)
✰ 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
✰ 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
✰ 1/4 cup monkfruit
✰ 1 egg
✰ 1 tsp vanilla
✰ 1/2 cup pb powder
✰ 3 tbsp coconut flour
✰ 1 scoop 1st Phorm Level-1 Protein in Vanilla Ice Cream
✰ 1/2 tsp baking soda
✰ pinch salt
(PB Frosting)
✰ 1/4 cup pb powder
✰ 1 tbsp monkfruit
✰ 1/2 scoop 1stphorm Level-1 protein in Vanilla Ice Cream
✰ ~3 tbsp milk or to consistency
(~6 mini pb cup for topping )
1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Mix cookie ingredients.
3. Using ice cream scoop, scoop dough into balls.
4. Bake for about 12 min or until set (do not over bake or you will ruin fudginess)
5. Mix frosting ingredients.
6. Top cookies with frosting and enjoy!

Cals 640 fat 36g carb 70g protein 12g
