S’mores Crumbl Cookie

Y’all wanted s’more crumbl remakes so u already know I gotchu 🫶

I think this is my best recipe to date tbh. I had all my taste testers try (my fam and besties) and they can confirm these are a “15/10” and “my best one yet” sooo fudgy and so much goodness 🫡❤️‍🔥😭🔥

Disclaimer: not saying you can’t eat crumbl cookies! ALL foods should fit into your diet in moderation! This is just a healthier alternative so you can eat more of it more often AND reach your protein goal more easily❣️

Recipe:
(Brownie)
✰ 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
✰ 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
✰ 1/4 cup monkfruit
✰ 1 egg
✰ 1 tsp vanilla
✰ 1/2 cup cocoa
✰ 3 tbsp coconut flour
✰ 1 scoop 1st Phorm Level-1 Protein in German Chocolate Cake
✰ 1/2 tsp baking soda
✰ pinch salt
(Cookie)
✰ 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
✰ 2 tbsp sf syrup
✰ 1 tbsp monkfruit
✰ splash vanilla
✰ 2 sheets Graham crackers, blended (sub 1/4 cup flour)
✰ 1/2 scoop 1stphorm Level-1 protein in vanilla
✰ 1 tbsp choc chips (optional)
(4 marshmallows for topping)
1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Mix brownie ingredients.
3. Using ice cream scoop, scoop dough into balls.
5. Mix cookie ingredients.
6. Scoop dough equally on brownie balls and spread them out.
7. Bake for about 12-15 min or until set, adding marshmallows halfway.
8. Sprinkle Graham crackers on top.
9. These are supposed to be served warm so you can eat them right away!
