Banana Cream Pie Crumbl Cookie

Crumbl called they said my cookies are so good it’s bananas 🍌



I’ve gotten quite a few requests to make a banana bread cookie so as soon as I saw this one on the line up you know I had to make it happen (it was minion week LOL)! SO HAPPY with how this one turned out! So fluffy, moist, soft, chewy and DELISH 🤤

Disclaimer: not saying you can’t eat crumbl cookies! ALL foods should fit into your diet in moderation! This is just a healthier alternative so you can eat more of it more often AND reach your protein goal more easily🫶🏼



Recipe:
✰ 1 ripe banana
✰ 1/3 cup monkfruit
✰ 1 egg
✰ 1 tsp vanilla
✰ 1/4 cup oat flour
✰ 2 tbsp coconut flour
✰ 1 scoop 1st Phorm Level-1 Protein in Vanilla Ice Cream
✰ 1/2 tsp baking soda
✰ pinch salt
(Frosting)
✰ 3/4 cup 0% Greek yogurt
✰ 1/3 scoop 1st Phorm Level-1 Protein in Vanilla Ice Cream
✰ 1 tbsp sf pudding mix in banana crème pie
1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Mix wet (banana, sweetener, egg, and extract) with dry (flour, coconut flour, protein, baking soda and salt).
3. Using ice cream scoop, scoop dough into balls.
4. Bake for about 12-15 min or until set.
5. Mix frosting ingredients and spread evenly on cookies.
6. Enjoy 🙂
