Gordita in Spanish basically means fat haha! This taco is def fat and loaded with all the goods but also has so much protein to help you teach that protein goal 😉
✰ 1 medium low carb tortilla
✰ 1 hard Taco shell
✰ 1/3 cup refried beans
✰ 1/4 cup fat free cheese
✰ 2 oz lean ground beef (seasoned with taco seasoning or garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, salt and pepper)
✰ spicy ranch sauce (2 tbsp Greek with hot sauce and ranch seasoning)
1. Preheat air fryer or oven to 400F.
2. Cook ground beef.
3. Spread beans on tortilla and add cheese.
4. Air fry taco shell until hardened and tortillas until cheese is melted.
5. Place shell inside tortilla and assemble!
