I have pumpkin in A LOT of my recipes just because it gives such an amazing, fudgy texture and you don’t really taste it but now that it’s pumpkin spice szn (best szn) we get the fire texture AND taste 🤤 couldn’t think of a better way to start off pumpkin szn than this recipe ❤️🔥

✰ 1/2 cup pumpkin purée✰ 1 egg✰ 1 tsp vanilla✰ 1/3 cup sweetener (I used monkfruit)✰ 1 tsp cinnamon✰ 1 tsp pumpkin spice✰ 1/4 cup oat flour✰ 2 tbsp coconut flour✰ 1 scoop 1stphorm level-1 protein in pumpkin spice latte ✰ 1/2 tsp baking soda✰ pinch salt✰ 1-2tbsp choc chips 1. Mix wet (pumpkin, egg, sweetener) and dry (flour, protein, salt, baking soda).2. Fold in chocolate chips and use cookie scoop to form balls.3. Bake for about 12 min or until set.
