This is your classic bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, but leveled up in quesadilla form! So quick and easy and so fire š„
cheese pull is a 12/10 for sure
dEATs:
ā° 1 large low carb tortilla (I used la banderita)
ā° 1/2 cup fat free cheese (I did half mozzerella half cheddar)
ā° 3/4 cup eggwhites (I used egg beaters)
ā° 1 strip Turkey bacon
1. Preheat waffle pan to low-med
2. Pour egg whites onto pan, add cheese, and cover.
3. Once egg whites are almost cooked(they should have bubbles) put tortilla on top, flip and add cheese.
4. Leave on heat until cheese melts and enjoy!
