I made this recipe for my moms birthday a few weeks ago and when I posted it I think I got like a hundred dms asking where the recipe was so finally getting around to posting it! My mom is the type that doesn’t love sweets (or protein powder stuff 😂)and she LOVED so that’s how you know it’s good 🫡😎

Recipe:
(Cake)
✰ 1 cup shredded carrots
✰ 2/3 cup Greek yogurt
✰ 1/3 cup monkfruit
✰ 1 egg
✰ 3 tbsp milk
✰ cinnamon and vanilla
✰ 2 tbsp coconut flour
✰ 1/4 cup oat flour
✰ 1 scoop 1st Phorm Level-1 Protein in Vanilla Or Cinnamon Cookie Batter
✰ 1/2 tsp baking soda
✰ salt
(Frosting)
✰ 1 cup 0% Greek yogurt
✰ 1/3 scoop 1st Phorm Level-1 Protein in Vanilla Ice Cream
✰ 1-2 tap sf pudding mix in cheesecake
✰ 3 Tbsp powdered monkfruit
1. Preheat oven to 350 F2. Mix wet (yogurt, egg, sweetener and vanilla) with dry (cinnamon, flour, protein, baking soda and salt).3. Fold in shredded carrots.4. Bake for about 40 min or until toothpick comes out clean.5. Mix ingredients for frosting.6. Frost the carrot cake.7. Cut and enjoy!
