Chick-Fil-A Sandwich

Let me chick-FIL-a you in on a FIRE recipe 🤗❤️‍🔥 [~340 cals 37g protein]

I made this recipe a while ago but I discovered how much crunchier cornflakes are so I had to remake the new and improved version 🤩 turned out SO GOOD 🤯



Recipe:
✰ 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
✰ 3 Tbsp pickle juice
✰ spices (garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper)
✰ 3, 4 oz chicken breasts
✰ 1 cup cornflakes
✰ chick fil a sauce (1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup sf bbq sauce, 2 tbsp mustard, 1 tbsp lemon juice)
✰ pickles
✰ 3 brioche buns
1. Crush corn flakes.
2. Preheat air fryer to 400 F or oven to 450 F
3. Add yogurt, pickle juice and seasoning to chicken then coat in bread crumbs.
4. Bake/air fry for 10 min on each side or until internal temp is 165F.
5. Combine ingredients for chick-fil-a sauce.
6. Assemble sand which and enjoy!

^ I also added frozen waffle fries into air fryer to eat them with the sand which
