Nothing like McDonalds chicken to bring my childhood nostalgia this version tastes AMAZING and is pretty much half the cals with double the protein 😍
✰ 16 oz ground chicken breast
✰ 1 egg
✰ 2-3 rice cakes
✰ seasoning (onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper and optional cayenne for spicy)
1. Preheat air fryer to 400F (or oven to 450)
3. Combine chicken with egg and seasoning and form into 20 nugget shapes.
4. Blend rice cakes and combine with more seasoning then coat nuggets.
5. Air fry for 10-12 min or until Internal temp is 165F
I had mine with sf ketchup and frozen Idaho shoe string fries
