Shrimp Fried Rice

This fried rice is shrimply amazing 🍤🍛 [~320 cals 38g protein]

This is a recipe I’ve been making for quite some time! And it’s one of my fav go tos when cutting! So easy and delish🤤

I used the Trader Joe’s frozen shrimp stir fry, mixed in cauliflower rice and added an egg but I’ll put specifics below!

Note: this is a very low cal meal and probably not enough for a full lunch or dinner! To add cals add normal rice, avocado, another egg, etc.! Fuel your bod 🔥🔥🔥

✰ 4 oz shrimp
✰ 1 cup mixed veggies ( I did broccoli, sugar snap pees, water chestnuts, bean sprouts, red bell peppers)
✰ 2 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
✰ spices ( I did garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper)
✰ 1 pack cauliflower rice
✰ 1 egg
1. Add shrimp to pan on high and cook for ~3 min.
2. Add veggies and cauliflower rice.
3. Mix in spices then cook until veggies are soft.
4. Cook egg as desired and enjoy!
^ I added crush red pepper flakes to mine
