Starbucks Red Velvet Loaf

This one will save you time in the morn, money AND help you get your protein in 😏 but SO FUDGY too and even better than Starbucks tbh😮‍💨

I had filmed this recipe for Valentine’s Day (hence the red lipstick and heart sprinkles LOL 😂) but never got around to posting it and it was way TOO AMAZING not to share! It also took me a few tries to get it just right so def worth the wait 😂🫶

Recipe:
(Red velvet cake)
✰ 1/2 cup pumpkin
✰ 1/2 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt
✰ 1/3 cup monkfruit
✰ 1 egg
✰ 1/4 cup cashew milk
✰ 2 tsp red gel coloring
✰ 3 tbsp cocoa powder
✰ 3 tbsp coconut flour
✰ 1 scoop 1st Phorm Level-1 Protein in Vanilla or Red Velvet
✰ 1/4 cup oat flour
✰ 1/2 tsp baking soda
✰ 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
(White cake swirl)
✰ 1/4 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt
✰ 3 Tbsp monkfruit
✰ 1 egg white
✰ 2 tbsp oat flour
✰ 1/2 scoop 1st Phorm Level-1 Protein in Vanilla
✰ 1/4 tsp baking soda
(Frosting)
✰ 3/4 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt
✰ 3 tbsp powdered monkfruit
✰ 1 Tbsp sf jello pudding mix in cheesecake (optional)
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Mix red velvet and white cake swirl ingredients in two separate bowls.
3. Pour half of red mixture, 3/4 of white, then rest of white.
4. Add remaining white to top and swirl.
5. Bake for about 45-50 min or until toothpick comes out clean.
6. Mix frosting ingredients and frost cake once cooled.
7. Enjoy!
