Took the bday cake cookies and slutty brownies from cookbook #1 and combined them to create my new fav recipe!! Perf to celebrate a bday or just any day 🫶

(Cookie)
✰ 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
✰ 1/2 cup monkfruit
✰ 1 egg
✰ 1 tsp cake batter extract
✰ 1/4 cup oat flour
✰ 2 tbsp coconut flour
✰ 1 scoop 1st Phorm Level-1 Protein in Vanilla Ice Cream (link in bio :))
✰ 1/2 tsp baking soda
✰ pinch salt
✰ sprinkles (optional)
(8 bday cake Oreos)
(Brownie)
✰ 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
✰ 1/2 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt
✰ 1/3 cup monkfruit
✰ 1 egg
✰ 1 tsp vanilla
✰ 1/2 cup dark cocoa powder
✰ 1 scoop Level-1 Protein in Chocolate (link in bio :))
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Mix ingredients for the cookie and press into the baking sheet.
- Line oreos on top.
- Mix ingredients for brownie and pour on top of cookie and oreos.
- Bake for about 30-35 min (do not over bake or they will lose fudginess)
