Cookie Dough

The recipe I’ll be posting next needs cookie dough so I thought I’d make and use my own version for it! I could eat this by itself every day- so yum and macros are FIRE 🤩🔥 the protein I use is also low temperature processed so it mixes super well and doesn’t cause bloating!

✰ 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
✰ 1/2 cup monkfruit
✰ 1-2 tbsp milk
✰ 1 scoop 1stphorm level-1 protein in vanilla ice cream
✰ 1/4 cup oat flour
✰ pinch salt
✰ 1-2 tbsp sf choc chips
Directions
1. Mix ingredients and enjoy!
