Hi there! I’m Liv and my goal is to help people live their lives to the fullest by supporting them as they work toward a healthier version of themselves. My passion for fitness flourished from a young age through competitive gymnastics; I even took on virtual schooling to train full time. Due to an injury, however, I decided to retire from the sport and return to traditional schooling.

My first year back was stressful to say the least. In part because of my injury, my fitness journey was put on pause while I discovered new hobbies and interests. I found that baking and cooking in the kitchen enabled me to escape my worries.

After about a year of sporadic exercise and endless baking I realized my new habits were not doing any favors for my health. From there, I decided to join sports at school and wanted to start going to the gym. Even though I had spent most of my life in the “gymnastics gym,” I did not know what I was doing in the actual gym. As time went on, though, I became more comfortable and learned more about health and fitness, sparking my interest for nutrition.

Unfortunately, I entangled myself too much into nutrition and started restricting myself in an unhealthy way, causing me to develop a harmful relationship with food. As a self-proclaimed foodie, the numerous diets and my obsession over cutting out “bad” food that I loved took a toll on my mental health. With time, though, I found a way to balance my love for food and my love for fitness and I want to help others do the same.

I am a firm believer in loving yourself enough to choose to be the best, healthiest version of yourself (both physically and mentally). With a combination of the right decisions and balance, you could liv your best life.
