If your looking for better alternatives reaching your goal and still enjoy your foods this cook book is it 😭 I personally struggle finding foods to eat with out it being plain and these have so many ideas for meals

I’ve tried different higher protein recipes on instagram.. and for some reason most just don’t turn out very good, but these recipes are an entirely different ball game!! The macros are included with every recipe so it makes hitting my goals much easier! The fast food recipes are definitely a necessity!

These cookbooks are so worth it!! I’ve always struggled with eating healthy and actually enjoying it. I just had to try one recipe and I’m hooked!! They are so simple to make and easy to throw together when you just want something quick. The amount of protein and the low calories in these recipes really help me feel great all day, especially after a workout. My favorite is her fast food cookbook, everything in there is so crave worthy!

Liv was so helpful when i had questions and emailed me back within 24 hours! Her cookbooks are absolutely amazing and have been trying new recipes every single night. Struggling with food and my body for a while, I finally feel like I can ENJOY food again without restricting myself! Her nutrition 101 book has been great to figure out what my body needs for my goals and as a college student, her “life on the go” book has been so helpful for meal prepping my lunches. The recipes are very easy to make, minimal prep and cook time. Makes it easy to make multiple portions and meal prep! Very happy with variety of kinds of food and different option for each meal

I love the simplicity and practicality of this cool book. All recipes are practical and timely. I love how the book includes fitness hacks like using monk fruit. Most “healthy” cook books try to avoid stuff like that. As a college student, this book has been a lifeline!

I purchased the cookbook bundles because I saw liv on my instagram and was immediately drawn into her recipes as well as her spirit and I am so thankful for it.
I was so “all over the place” when it came to this whole gym and food thing and these books are not only full of truly good recipes, but also very easy ones. She was able to turn an overwhelming topic into something good and rewarding. I can honestly say I have tried multiple recipes in these books and they have become staple meals in my life.

I also specifically want to point out the fact that in her “Fast Foodie Living” book, Liv took the time to dedicate her work to God. This is something (out of many) that made me know for sure I’ll be a supporter of anything liv does from now on. To take time to bring light to God is something so important and I’m thankful to have someone like that to look up to.

Best cookbooks and has literally a recipe for everyone! I bought the bundle and it’s honestly the best purchase- my whole family loves the recipes!

We bought both books from Liv and they are just ahhhmazing!!! The steps are super easy to follow and she uses ingredients I would have already so not crazy expensive stuff and I very much appreciate the practicality of the recipes! She’s so creative and I would buy them again!!

Just got this cookbook a few weeks ago but have been loving it so far. I enjoy eating out like anyone else but it’s always nice to have options that are more macro friendly! I am so excited to continue trying out these recipes. My personal favorite so far has been the cosmic brownie- they were so gooey and delicious!
