Salted Caramel Baked Oats

is it me, or is salty sweet OAT of this world 🤩🔥 this salted caramel baked oats recipe is one of my new go to’s!!

I topped mine with chocolate, pretzels, Greek yogurt frosting, and frozen raspberries ❤️ swipe to see the melt 🤩🤩🤩


✰ 1/2 cup (40g) oats blended
✰ 1/3 banana
✰ 1/3 cup milk (I used cashew)
✰ 1 Tbsp sweetener (I used sugar free maple syrup)
✰ 1 scoop (25g) protein (I used my protein salted caramel)
✰ a couple flav drops myprotein toffee
✰ 1/2 tsp baking soda
✰ 1 square endangered species salted caramel chocolate
✰ Greek yogurt frosting (1/3 cup Greek yogurt, 1 tsp jell-O sf pudding mix, stevia)
✰ 1/3 cup frozen raspberries
✰ handful pretzels

1. Preheat air fryer or oven to 375 F
2. Combine ingredients for oats
3. For very gooey center bake for about 8 min for air fryer and 10 min for oven
*if you want them more cakey lower temperature to 350 F and bake for about 25 min or until toothpick comes out clean
4. Top
