my crunch wrap is SUPREME 👑 ~350 cals 45g protein

dEATs:
✰ 1 large and 1 small low carb tortilla (I used La banderita)
^put small tortilla in microwave for ~30s-1 min so it gets crunchy
✰ cheese sauce
^melt 2 fat free cheese squares, splash milk and hot sauce in microwave
✰ 4 oz extra lean ground beef cooked with taco seasoning (or onion,garlic,paprika,chili powder, salt&pepper),
✰ 2 Tbsp pico
✰ lettuce
✰ 1/4 cup fat free cheese
✰ 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
One assembled toast on pan set to med-high heat with the wrap side down so it seals then flip.

mine: cals 350 fat 10g carb 34g (23g fiber) protein 45g
Taco Bell: 540 cals fat 21g carb 73g protein 15g
