Chocolate Cauliflower Oats

if you’re looking for a berryyy good, quick and easy breakfast this chocolate oatmeal bowl is the way to go! 💜Ended up having this for lunch today because breakfast for lunch/dinner is the best 🤩🔥I always make my oats in the microwave because it’s so easy and I love the consistency (I always add egg whites which makes it thick and fluffy and sometimes I’ll add cauliflower rice like I did here for volume, fiber and nutrients)


  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/3 cup egg whites
  • stevia (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa
  • 1 scoop collagen (optional)
  • toppings (sunbutter, sugar free maple syrup, sea salt, frozen blueberries)
  1. microwave oats, cauli and water for 1 1/2 min
  2. stir and add egg whites for 30 sec
  3. stir again and microwave for another min
  4. mix in cocoa and sweetener
  5. top with whatever you want 🙂
