if you’re looking for a berryyy good, quick and easy breakfast this chocolate oatmeal bowl is the way to go! 💜Ended up having this for lunch today because breakfast for lunch/dinner is the best 🤩🔥I always make my oats in the microwave because it’s so easy and I love the consistency (I always add egg whites which makes it thick and fluffy and sometimes I’ll add cauliflower rice like I did here for volume, fiber and nutrients)

Recipe
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/3 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup egg whites
- stevia (optional)
- 1 Tbsp cocoa
- 1 scoop collagen (optional)
- toppings (sunbutter, sugar free maple syrup, sea salt, frozen blueberries)
- microwave oats, cauli and water for 1 1/2 min
- stir and add egg whites for 30 sec
- stir again and microwave for another min
- mix in cocoa and sweetener
- top with whatever you want 🙂
